Parking Lot Sweeping

For most of our clients the main thrust of parking lot sweeping is to make a good impression by keeping their parking lot clean and neat. In addition to removing unsightly, debris parking lot sweeping can significantly reduce the deterioration of pavement and therefore save money.

Parking lot sweeping removes all the dirt, sand, and gravel that vehicles track in off their tires. By removing the dirt, sand, and gravel from the asphalt surface, it can significantly improve the life of the pavement by preventing the surface from being worn down. Not only does parking lot sweeping remove dirt, sand, and gravel it also removes trash and debris that can hold and store water. If trash and debris are left to sit on the asphalt surface, the water that is trapped can penetrate into the asphalt. Once the water penetrates the surface of the asphalt it freezes and thaws, expanding into cracks which expand and grow during freezing conditions.

Curtis Clean Sweep has a fleet of five parking lot sweepers that are running 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet the needs of our customers. Our employees do what ever it takes to keep our customers parking lots looking the best they can. When our employees come out to sweep your parking lot they first start out with a backpack blower and blow all the corners and sidewalks that may exist in the parking lot. We do this to ensure that all the dirt and debris our sweepers can’t reach will be picked up. We then drive our sweepers around the parking lot until the parking lot is completely cleaned.

Our sweepers are available by hourly rates or by a more cost effective daily, weekly, or monthly scheduled service.
