About Curtis Clean Sweep in Boise, ID
Curtis Clean Sweep was founded in 1981 as a spin-off from Curtis Maintenance. John Curtis recognized an opportunity to shift focus from interior building maintenance to exterior parking lot maintenance, leading to the creation of Clean Sweep as a dedicated company. In 1997, Joe and Mike Zubizareta purchased the business and expanded its offerings across the region carrying forward its tradition of reliable service.
Today, the tradition continues under the leadership of their nephew Cory Zubizareta, Mike's son Dustin Zubizareta, and longtime team member David Repp — all committed to the same values of quality, honesty, and dependable service that have defined Curtis Clean Sweep for over four decades.
