What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks are preferred, but we also accept major credit cards for your convenience. Please note that credit card processing fees vary by card provider, and the applicable fee will be added to your total at the time of payment.
Pavement & Asphalt Maintenance
What’s included in your parking lot maintenance services?
Our commercial parking lot maintenance includes sweeping, crack filling, sealcoating, and striping — everything you need to keep your lot safe, clean, and professional in appearance.
How often should I schedule parking lot or street sweeping for my property?
We recommend scheduling parking lot sweeping weekly or monthly, depending on the volume of traffic and debris. High-traffic commercial properties typically benefit from weekly sweeping, while lower-traffic lots may only require monthly service. Regular sweeping not only keeps your property looking clean but also extends the life of your pavement and improves safety.
How often should I schedule pavement sealcoating for my parking lot?
Asphalt sealcoating is typically recommended every 3 to 5 years to protect your pavement, extend its lifespan, and prevent costly damage from weather, traffic, and UV exposure.
What types of pavement and road markings do you provide?
We do everything from parking lot striping to highway lane markings, including arrows, crosswalks, stop bars, ADA compliance markings, and thermoplastic applications.
Do you offer pavement crack filling for both roads and parking lots?
Yes. We provide pavement crack sealing and filling for both commercial lots and public roadways using professional-grade materials engineered for long-term durability and performance.
Traffic Signage Services
What kinds of traffic and roadway signs do you manufacture?
Our in-house sign shop specializes in MUTCD-compliant traffic signage and offer fabrication of custom traffic signs, parking signs, directional signage, freeway and highway signs — along with bollards, wheel stops, delineators, and more.
Winter Services
What’s the difference between de-icing and anti-icing?
Anti-icing is a preventative measure applied before a storm to stop ice from bonding to surfaces.
De-icing is used after snow or ice has formed to break it up and melt it.
Are your snow removal services available outside the Treasure Valley?
No. Our snow removal and de-icing services are only available within Boise and the Treasure Valley to ensure reliable, timely service during winter events.
